Genero was awarded the event production of this international conference, which included a Welcome reception, trade exhibition, workshops, dinner and awards ceremony. A custom-built stage set was designed and constructed for the conference. The backdrop aptly fitted the Assembly Hall environment and displayed the Prowess branding and logos. A comprehensive lighting, projection and sound system were designed to enhance the conference plenary sessions and gala dinner. An experienced team of technicians supported the conference, fringe meetings and nine workshops.

Genero was awarded the production, staging and technical delivery of this international conference held in Cardiff Bay. The project was particularly challenging, as our brief was to divide the central hall into a plenary conference area for 250 delegates, and four workshop zones. We successfully achieved this by installing 30’ high acoustic draped walls that spanned the venue, and created the desired environment. Genero managed the speaker slide support pre-production, workshops, exhibition, slide preview room, branding and presentation services for the event.
