EVENT DELIVERY

Our Projects Team supports the production and technical delivery of live events. Resources include:

Set and Stage; this includes custom design and build, graphics, branding, modular stage systems, display stands, stock conference sets and materials/fabrics.

Projection and Vision; this includes Widescreen and multi-screen projection, outdoor LED screens, plasma screens, TFT displays, televisions and monitors.

Exhibition Installation; including shell-scheme, modular and custom-build systems. Exhibition furniture, lighting, IT and display products.

Stage Lighting; including design, generic theatre lighting, intelligent lighting (Moving Heads), outdoor lighting, power & distribution, trussing/rigging and effects projection. Production of custom Gobos.

Sound; PA systems, microphones, recording facilities, induction loops and audio equipment.

Video Acquisition for Award ceremonies, video post production, camera crews, live broadcasting, video players, DVD players, vision mixers and switchers.

Audio Visual; Dry Hire including presentation equipment, LCD projectors, screens, role play camera kits and display equipment. With or without technical support on site.

Communications; Two-way radios, Wireless Internet installation, Telecommunications and Video Conferencing.

Specialist Event Services; this includes Audience Response Systems, Web-casting, Live Satellite Links, Internet Streaming and Video Production.

Project Management of live events including show production, event & stage management and AV technical crew support. Transportation, logistics and personnel.
