There is no denying that the commercial property market has seen some interesting changes over the past 12 months.
National trends and figures tend to be the headline grabbers but the property market can differ significantly by region. To tackle regional issues, as well as developments that effect the whole of the UK, Estates Gazette have set up a series of country wide events. Since 2011, the appropriately named “Question Time” event has allowed business leaders and property experts to meet and address some key issues, opportunities and driving forces in the commercial property market place.
For the past two years, Genero has successful remained the supplier of choice for all audio and visual requirements at the Cardiff Question Time. The list of tech requirements aren’t to be taken lightly; from mics and online question/answer platforms to branded staging and projector screens. Genero impressed the team at Cardiff with their delivery on all fronts, leading them to win several other Question Time contracts - even beating off local competition.
Events across the country were held at historical buildings and required meticulous organisation to ensure pitch perfect sound. The team of technicians and set builders worked tirelessly to ensure full audio visual production was transported and set up within time and budget across stretches of the UK and Ireland.
Genero’s ability to work to tight deadlines and make significant adjustments with short notice came into play when changes to speaker and audience numbers came in at the 11th hour. Juggling technical devices and even seating arrangement were all part of the package from the leading production company.
Rhys Blumberg, Director at Genero commented by saying “Not only is our technology world class but our teams hard work, dedication, flexibility and skills are what makes us stand out. The sound delivery in historic buildings can be a challenge and we hope our efforts will mean a continuing relationship with Estates Gazette in the future. Well done once again team”.
