We are delighted with our film. Genero have been brilliant throughout the whole process showing great sensitivity to the varying needs and abilities of people taking part ensuring that everyone was comfortable with the process. As a result the film is very natural due to the relaxed, unpressurised approach taken by the team. They worked with us throughout the planning, delivery, editing and production of the finished product which really helped us achieving a top class DVD.
